Today on the Poker Geeks Poker Tube I found a great example of how to Fast play a hand rather than slow play. If you notice in this hand, he bet, raised , and or Re raised every chance he had. On a flop like this many players will be to afraid everyone will fold to a bet and will check the flop. Phil Ivey Knows that if someone has an Ace he is going to get paid huge. He also knows that if someone holds an Ace that player will have a 25 percent chance of winning. If Patrick Antonius Hits a 10, an A, or the board provides a running pair , he will lose this pot. The idea is to build the pot early on as fast as he can Have the opportunity to get paid of large by the river. If both players hand checked that flop for example the pot would not have been near as big!!
